2nd Regional meeting in Moscow, Russia: a great success

The 2nd Russian Regional Meeting of the International Association of Paediatric Dentistry was held  with the participation of the  Section of Pediatric Dentistry of the StAR and MSMSU in September 29-30, 2014 in Moscow. More than 300 Delegates and Paediatric Dentistry professors from all parts of Russia and the CIS countries attended the meeting. Professor Larisa Kiselnikova organized a high quality event, that promoted the IAPD activities in Russia and the CIs countries and attracted more paediatric dentists to join the IAPD. 

The speakers  Drs Moti Moskovitz and  Anna Maria Vierrou appointed by the IAPD, and Professor Monty Duggal invited by the organizing committee, gave high-quality reports, that received very warm and positive responses  from the participants.  There were also excellent lectures from the following Professors of Section of Pediatric Dentistry of the StAR and MSMSU: Larissa Kiselnikova, Victoria Alpatova, Elena Maslak, Larissa Sarap, Yermukhanova Giulzhan, Svetlana Strakhova, Liudmila Drobotko, Anna Kosko.

The invited speakers Professor Monty Duggal, Drs Moti Moskovitz and  Anna Maria Vierrou volunteered in taking part as jury members in the young scientists and students' competition, where students  from various Russian regions, even the most remote areas, and the CIS countries, came with their   oral poster presentations in English to compete.
